My 501c3 organization houses animals belonging to victims of abuse so they can seek shelter. I need to own land with a facility to house as many as need shelter right now. Being in a rental prevents me from accomplishing as much as I can until I can find enough funding to buy a small, but excellent potential property for 130,000. It has space to build 6 or more spaces for housing families with their pets right now. As soon as this is accomplished, I will start building animal friendly shelters with the first being in Montana. I have researched the counties that have the highest on record families that have pets to bring with them, and depending on the real estate market in that county is where I would build the first facility. In reality, the first shelter outside of my property will be where it is most economical and idea friendly.
