We rescue Boston Terriers in Houston & surrounding areas. About 40% of our rescues are considered less than desireable - blind, 3 legs, deaf - but we take them all. We treat those with heartworms, mange, and internal and other problems. Kill shelters contact us to take the Bostons set to be murdered. We are in need of additional kenneling. We currently have 31 dogs - far more than half in foster homes - but we need additional kennels so we do not have to turn away animals. In addition, we have a very good success rate because we Facebook, Twitter, Blog, and attend many activities to put our name out there with our babies. We are 100% volunteer & 501(c)3. Please advise how to obtain consideration for a grant.
