We have a plan to help specialty rescue groups, but need funding to get started. It uses tourism business to bring in dollars that after expenses would be distributed to pet rescue groups. We would like to apply for funding to help get this started. Have business plan that shows how it will bring in dollars. This is a very large project financially and we are a siberian husky rescue, so we know what it is like to not get donation money.
