The Hill Country Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HCSPCA),located in Fredericksburg,Texas,is a non-profit 501C(3) no-kill animal shelter. The HCSPCA has three core complimentary functions: rescue/adoption, spay/neuter assistance, and community education. During the past eleven years, over 3,000 dogs and cats have been adopted.

A most important program, spaying/neutering of pets is offered free to residents. (This service also includes feral cats that are returned to their colonies after the procedures. The HCSPCA would like to apply for a spay/neuter grant to stop animal suffering through over-population.

How does the HCSPCA apply for such a grant?
