First of all you need to be a registered and IRS approved 501c3 non profit equine rescue .You cannot apply for grants unless you have legit 501c3 non profit status.Good Luck.Contact me after you recieve your IRS 501c3 non profit equine status.

I live in Meridian, MS and I have been following the news with you around town and this phony rescue program. Everyone in town knows what you did and the officials are slowly catching up to you investigating you. You and your so-called board member, Alice Whitney Osburn (who's really your girl friend)claim to be a non-profit having all these fundraisers(pocketing the money), but IRS (at irs.gov)has no record of you because it's all a lie. Everyone knows all 501 3 c's are public record and your not listed in any form or fashion with IRS. What you are doing is against the law ! People in Meridian are catching onto you ! Word got around town about you trying to even sell the hay that was donated for the rescue horses and about you going to the coop and trying to trade the donated feed for the rescues, for feed for your personal horses. I think people in Meridian, MS got suspicious about your program being a scam when you went around town placing your little money boxes at different locations for people to put cash in...they soon realized it was going into your pocket. Professional legitimate programs DO NOT have to stoop to that level to get money. The state is currently investigating you, then it will be reported to the feds ! It's sad people like you mess things up for genuine non-profits. You and Whitney Osburn will go to jail for the illegal stuff you're doing.

I tried to help with the rescue. I never had any involvement with the fundraising. As far as I knew, there was never any fundraising going on during the 4 months I knew her. She had asked for me to put my name on the rescue account at the bank but I never did because I had a funny feeling about it and my gut told me no.

The only involvement I had with the horses was maybe feeding them here and there. At times, I would ride with her when she would go pick up a horse to take back to her place. Also, I had no idea that the rescue wasn't a 501c3 at the time. I don't know anything about that kind of stuff to begin with.

I tried many times to get away. Especially towards the end. Her temper and her threats towards my mother and I was all I could handle. I was harrassed many times and I should have reported it but I never did.

I even told her that she better not step ONE foot onto our property (My mother and I) or I will get her for trespassing.

In April, she wanted me to put my name on the board to help build her board back together. I was not comfortable with this and she knew it but out of the goodness of my heart, I did it anyway.. but it wasn't long after that I sent a letter to the man that handles her taxes to have me removed.

The 3 out of the 4 months that I knew her was the worst 3 months of my life. I was accused of all sorts of things by her that was untrue. But I try to stay away from the "he said, she said" arguments. It gets you no where.

How and why you got my pictures and posted them on here is beyond me. I don't know you unless you're someone I do know using a false name.

I haven't had any contact with her since the first part of May when things got ugly. I told her that I did not want any involvment with her any longer and that's when she called my mother, trying to say horrible things about me and wanting the address to our property for stuff back that she had bought me. My mother had no idea at the time what was going on but she quickly figured it out.

I am deeply afraid of her. Her threats towards my mother and I have made me very uneasy....6 months later, she is still harrassing.

I just wish I had known better. If only someone had told me.

Miss. Osburn, there is nothing wrong with several people being on a account for a Org. Miss. Blanton and many other volunteer's were trying to do everything they could do, to protect this little rescue org. When Mrs. Woods, and another lady were going around town, slandering you and miss Blanton, it had taken a toll on all of us. When you, have Mrs. Woods going around writing checks off the account, and not turning in receipts, we had to turn to the attorney. Then to find out Miss. Blanton email account had been hacked into. How frustration is that to have your email forward to unknown people. This Org nor Miss Blanton did nothing wrong. The paper work was all taken care off. the Secertary Of State is handling it. We are sorry your name and Miss Blanton's names are being slandered. There was no need in it! Some people have to start trouble, for people that are doing a good thing.
These two ladies, were trying to shut this Org. down and going to start their own. So for them to do this they started bad mouthing, the rescue, and it is finally catching up with them. I do believe, Miss. Osburn you were out there all the time. I, myself, other and Miss Blanton were all very upset. Im sure we all had a short temper at that time.

Miss. Osburn, after thinking about it all day. I recall, hearing you were without a job, and would go out to the farm, so Miss Blanton would feel sorry for you, and go put gas in your car for you on many different days. And you were asked to return all the items, to us, that she gave to you, that you never did!! She wasn't the only one pissed. So you were not so scared, to stick around for some money. But as soon as you got it, you were out the door. So don't start your lies. We're all here to give our support. For the damages two women have caused for many people.

Hang in there Coyote Hills Rescue, I know you, and your board memebers have gone, through hell, because of Tammy Woods and her friend Beth Scitzs, Im glad the SOS has stepped in to help ya'll out. It's sad to know people will report false information, just to make themselves look good. In the long run it will always catch up with you. Your not, the first rescue group to have this done to. We had a lady who was going around also, that was bad mouthing us, and wanted to start her on rescue, and was doing the same thing. Believe me the State will take care of them. Thank you for posting this, My daughter and I were volunteer's also with Cher. This Tammy Woods was very evil, and mean to us. We did everything we could to help with the rescue. I saw right through, Tammy Woods from the start with her bullshit!! She was so mean and hateful with me and my daughter. I knew she was going to hurt kim. She finally, ran us off. I prayed for kim to see what Tammy Woods was doing. I hope Tammy Woods, got put under the jail for her evil behavior. God Bless Kim and all the volunteer's with Coyote HIlls Rescue!!!!
