I am looking for grant programs that help start low cost spay and neuter clinics. The local vets do not give our organization a large discount on cats and dogs we bring to them for spay and neuter surgery before adoption. We take our animals out of county to low cost spay/neuter clinics to save money (it is almost double savings). We would like to begin a low cost clinc of our own. We have a licensed vet and a sight---now we need the monies to begin.
